The TANKER series, which is synonymous with PORTER, was announced in 1983.

The original three-layer structure fabric developed with the motif of the US Air Force flight jacket MA-1 is adopted. The 3-layer fabric of nylon twill (front side) + polyester cotton (middle layer) + nylon taffeta (back side) is very light, and the soft feel of the bonding material and the bright rescue orange on the back side are attractive. This series is packed with the thorough commitment of Yoshida & Co., Ltd. craftsmen in all processes from cutting to sewing and parts.

In addition, the paint on the metal fittings such as aluminum fasteners, snap buttons, and Naskan, which were rare at the time of the announcement, is intentionally peeled off so that they will change over time as they are used.

With its compact size and easy-to-fit shape, it is an easy-to-use item not only as a waist bag but also as a shoulder bag. It is sized to store essentials such as smartphones and wallets, and has many functional pockets such as two interior pockets, a belt pocket, and a zipper pocket on the back.
